A: Orders are shipped within 5 business days of the order being placed.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: All items are shipped through Canada Post & the amount of time they take to get to you depends on your location & the shipping method selected at check out.
Q: Where are my items being shipped from?
A: Your items are being shipped from Ontario Canada.
Q: Can I return my item or exchange it?
A: Unfortunately no, all purchases are final sale.
Q: Will I be charged duties/tariffs on my purchase?
If you are located outside of Canada you may be charged import duties & tariffs. Unfortunately we do not have any control over duties & tariffs on items purchased from our store.
Q: My item is damaged/ I received my order but am missing an item, what should I do?
A: Should you encounter any issues with your order, including a missing item or damaged item please feel free to e-mail email@example.com with photographs of the damaged item in question & we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Q: I placed an item in my cart but didn't check out in time & it sold out, what should I do?
A: Unfortunately items that are limited stock (such as stickers & originals) cannot be placed on hold or put aside for you, in order to assure that you purchase an item you need to complete payment.
